Social Events

We are not the biggest social club on campus for nothing. As the club has grown over the last few years, so has the size and calibre of the parties and ski trips we organise!! While you guys were sweating it out at the beach or on the golf course, we have been sweating out an unreal social events calendar to keep you busy all year round.

Welcome Night is a great opportunity for everyone to come along and have a few (several) drinkies and to meet everyone else who is in the club whether it be a group of new people or some of the people who have been part of the club for several. There will be free drinks to start off the night and prizes to be given away including free accommodation in Thredbo for 2 people, and Champion clothing! Make sure you don't miss out! Be there early and party hard!

Dinner at Wagamamas is a night for everyone to get together, whether you are coming on social week or not. As part of our sponsorship deal, we get 2 for the price of one. It doesn't take an finance student to work out that everyone gets to eat for half price, or an accounting student to work out the savings! Smash that piggy back or empty your packets, grab your change and head down to Cockle Bay wharf next to Cargo Bar for a great night of good food and fun!

Social Week is the peak of the social calendar every year, and promises to be the biggest thing you do all year! As we book everything for 100 people, you can be guaranteed that you will not find a trip that is cheaper, or offers as much for you to do in one week! We include so much that all you need is the optional change of underwear and your forms filled out for ease of liver transplant in case you don't make it all week! Snowball is a time for everyone to grab that old dinner suit out of the Moth balls, have a shave, do your hair and polish the shoes. For once we are going to look respectable, drink like fish and party like it is the end of the year! At a venue to be finalised, we will finish the year in style!
